For jobseekers Free, always — no employer pays for your data

Know why you fit, before you apply.

One profile, every open role ranked against it. Aria shows which of your skills landed, what's missing, and whether the budget covers what you asked for — so you never spend an evening on an application that was never going to land.

6factors explained on every match
0silent rejections — every application has a status
5countries on one board
No black boxes

A percentage tells you nothing. This tells you what to do.

Every match opens with the factors that landed and the ones that didn't — named plainly, in language you can act on.

The gaps, named

A missing skill is written down, not buried inside a number. You know exactly what to add and what it would be worth.

Pay fit, up front

Your ask against their band, in local currency, before you write a line of a cover letter.

Contacts stay yours

Employers searching the pool never see your name or handle. Identity appears only when you apply and connect the two sides.

Live status

Submitted, screening, shortlisted, interviewing. You get a receipt and a trail, not three weeks of silence.

A human decides

No application is rejected by a machine. Aria ranks and explains; a person at the company acts on it.

Built for the region

Russian, Tajik, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and English scored at the level a role really needs — not an English-only checkbox.

How a match reads

How it works

One profile. Every role ranked against it.

01

Build your profile once

Skills, seniority, languages, the cities you'd work in, and what you need to earn. That's exactly what Aria scores against — nothing hidden, nothing inferred.

  • Written once, used for every open role
  • Your name and contacts stay out of employer search
02

See the match and the gaps

Each role opens with its six factors scored and explained. If a skill is missing or the band is below your ask, you see it before you apply.

  • Pay fit measured against the band you set
  • Know what to add, and what it would be worth
03

Follow it after you send

Every application gets a receipt and a live status trail. When something moves, you see it — and no verdict is ever sent without a person choosing to send it.

  • Submitted → screening → shortlisted → interviewing
  • No automated rejection, ever
The reasoning

The same working the employer sees.

Aria's scorer is deterministic — the same profile against the same role gives the same six numbers every time. You are not being ranked by something nobody can explain.

6factors — skills, seniority, location, language, salary, availability
0employers who can see your contacts before you apply
0rejections sent by a machine — a person decides every time

What this means: you match all three required skills. Kubernetes is listed as nice-to-have and you don't have it — adding it is the single biggest lift available here. Your ask sits just above the midpoint of their band, which is workable but worth raising early.

When to ask about pay

Who sees you

Straight answers about your data.

Can employers see my name and contacts?

Not from search. When a company sources candidates, results carry no name and no handle — only the signals that describe fit. Your identity appears once you apply and connect the two sides yourself.

Will I be rejected automatically?

No. Aria produces a ranking and a recommendation; a person at the company acts on it. No outcome is sent that a human did not choose to send.

Do I see the score an employer sees?

You see your own match reasoning against a role — the six factors and what's missing. You don't see their internal applicant score. Showing you "41, recommend reject" before a human has looked would be worse than useless, and it would turn the scorer into an oracle to game.

What does it cost?

Nothing, ever, for jobseekers. Employers pay for hiring; you are not the product being sold to them.

Which countries and languages are covered?

Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, plus remote roles across all of them. Russian, Tajik, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and English are scored at the level each role actually requires. The interface ships in English today, with regional languages in progress.
